Write all of the names of our promising youngsters who really want to play down on a different coloured paper
Turn them over
Mix them up
Pick eleven white bits and that's the team that plays
Pick 6-7 white bits for the bench, and ONLY one of the other coloured paper
If you sneeze don't worry, start again
Turn them all over - team selection, done
