My estimate of the outcomes:
Spurs win 45%
Draw 40%
Utd win 15%

186/434=43%, so I think they've pitched the cash-out spot on.

Clive's tame bookie recommends betting when the odds are in your favour, and here they're neutral, imo. Bird in the hand, etc...I'd cash out.

(This from a bloke who is currently 30th in the Prediction League, mind you!)
