New St's/Credit card 11:16 - Jul 23 with 2987 views

Just received an email from the club stating my new st/credit card(???) has been dispatched.

at the foot of the email is this statement

"Please note, your QPR Pay Cards are ready to give you access to our pre-season friendly v Watford on Saturday 27th July 2019 kick-off 3:00pm."

Does this mean I get free access to the watford game or they will use the card as a payment method to gain entry?

I intend to go to this game; because I'm using a credit card to gain access as mentioned in the email will I get hit with a £3.50 booking fee?
