First offence was before last season, so it seems a nonsense Wycombe will benefit - nothing to do with them.
Any points deduction should be for this season. They should be under some kind of transfer embargo too.

When will the authorities realise that they cannot apply these rules, so there is little point in continuing with them?

Can we go out yet?

No rumour about it, they were miles in breach without their clever Melnomics work arounds. Now said work arounds are removed they’re fcked.

Not sure its so clear cut. The finding was in relation to the treatment of player amortisation costs, not the sale of the stadium.

Restating the accounts without that sale they may still be within the overall loss limit

How badly managed have they been? Likely relegation now and if not, then inevitably at the end of this season. Terrible squad. No ground. Eric Alonso fiasco. Keogh compensation. FFP axe hovering. What an absolute shambles; the club is a total mess from top to bottom.

What an absolute dog's dinner. Not only have Derby been submitting wrong accounts for years which the EFL have obviously missed until recently, but now the EFL have finally got around to dealing with it, they're prepared for the fiasco to continue into the new season. Derby and Wickham could be swapping places after games have already been played!

When are we going to have an EFL that is a fit and proper governing body? Yes, I know. Probably never.

Still don't get how they gave us a 47mill fine, but the recommendation for Derby is £100K fine.

They've done this multiple times, no screaming for them to be punished like moneybags QPR
