I think the £4.5M is a figment of people's imagination, purely because our offer hasn't been accepted and they want £5M. If I'm reading the signs correctly we have offered far less than £4.5M as an initial fee, but we have included additional ons which if achieved could take the fee well above the £5M asking price. Basically if he delivers they get a good wedge, if he doesn't they don't. IMO it's not a £4.5M gamble. | | | |
