I didn't see the game so don't know if they were warranted, but given how we often get inept refereeing at our games should I can expect to see our 1st red card of the season on Saturday?

If it is him then expect no consistency from him whatsoever. Several mystifying decisions followed swiftly by similar incidents with a completely different decision made.
