Squad Rotation - The Managers ability to Recognise Players Hidden Depths !! 17:25 - Oct 23 with 565 viewsnumptydumpty

Played Sam Field in a different role and he performed solidly.

Has transformed Nicolas Madsens abilities beyond what we all thought possible.

He was strong in recognising early that the three little fellows behind the main man, hence the emergence of Burrell and Kone.

Thought Hayden did a decent job last night and then he took Smyth for Dembele who almost immediately set up a goal for Chair

And then when Chair came on, i thought he was excellent. A different strike partner for Kone and i waa impressed that Chair wasnt attempting to beat fifteen men before releasing. He waa certainly playing in a different style to his usual fare.

Maybe Burrell linking up with Chair with two wide players and Madsen and AN Other is another option to be coached.

i think all these changes, certain players being encouraged to bring out new ways of playing and seemingly doing this with involving the whole squad and fhem all adapting to the tactics of the day, so far for me, thats an outstanding managerial achievement.

Currently ahead of a much more exalted Leicester squad managed by....

i hope somehow we keep JS for a couple of seasons...

Hopefully fun times ahead.

Well done Gaffer...
