The Frenchman's time at Spotland will ultimately be looked upon as one of disappointment, especially given the blistering start that he made to his Dale career. he joined the side originally on non contract forms, just days after joining Kidderminster in similar circumstances. We were his third club of the season, and it was only September!

He made his debut for Dale in tough away game at Play Off finalists Lincoln City, but within forty minutes of his first start, he had got onto the scoresheet when his excellent volley went in. However, that proved to be his only goal for the club in a spell littered with disappointment. His non contract terms were increased to a month's contract, mainly due to the injury sustained by record signing Paul Connor which allowed Curier to make a number of appearances for the club, but upon it's expiry, he was back to non contract terms.

He left the club on Monday 17th November, after making a total of nine appearances for the club. "Mutual consent" was the phrase used upon his release from his spell at Spotland.

His departure from the club will have come as a blow to few Dale supporters. Despite the early goal, he never really threatened to add to this tally, with a string of uninspired performances.
