Nicely written. I can understand the 'lets have a few more weeks...' attitude from afar, I suspect I'd be exactly the same. I honestly don't think you'd dream of suggesting a few more weeks with Eyre in charge if you'd seen how every bit of drive, desire and enthusiasm has gone from the players once they take to the pitch. It's heartbreaking and ultimately unacceptable. |
