Spot on Col - it is just as I said in my post when the question was first asked 4/5 weeks ago; how many of us in the workplace find colleagues/employees who suddenly change/turn things around? Very rare, if ever, and the same thing applies to football managers. To give us any chance of survival the manager has to go now, whist a newcomer still has a chance of turning things around.

As always Col you sum up our feelings exactly - just what is going on behind the scenes? Every night I log on expecting a statement and ................nothing! As many of us are shareholders this is not just a football matter it affects the whole financial position of everyone involved with the stadium. The longer the silence, the more the speculation - it isn't going to go away - speak, at least offer some explanation and then at least we might begin to understand/help.
