Good Weekend For Saints Or Not ? 10th Feb 2020 09:38
It was a good weekend from one aspect in that we didn't lose as we didn't play, but depending on your optimism or lack of it, was it a good weekend or a disappointing one. 9

Palace are in free fall, so fully expected them to lose and although Bournemouth have won a couple recently, again I fully expected them to lose too.
It keeps 2 teams below us, with them both having 1 less game to play, so all good.
We can start looking up, once we have 3 more wins under our belt.

The weekend would be good for us us if it means....

KWP has fitted nicely into the squad / team set up for Burnley
JWP doesn't need surgery and will be available for Burnley
Armstrong continues his rehab from injury and is available for Burnley
Bednarek had his yellow rescinded and can play v Burnley (wishful thinking)
Che scored a hatrick in a behind closed doors game and is raring to go

Even if JWP's injury isn't as bad as thought didn't Long say that it was a cut where you could see the bone? I doubt that would heal enough in ten days to be able to play unfortunately.

I wonder if Danso will feature against Burnley? Ralph said he had the chance to feature more now yoshida has gone, yes I know that’s obvious but why say it if he wasn’t in his thoughts? We all remember how well Vestergaard did last time we played Burnley

Would he be ok with one of those knee cap things to protect him?
