Obviously we will be without the suspended Romeu and probably will be missing Ings too, depending on how bad his hamstring tweak is. I would be inclined to rest him til the new year regardless.

I also saw somewhere that the Fulham defender who got sent off last time out v Newcastle, has had his red card rescinded and is eligible to play against us. How does that work ? The ref gave it at the time, VAR confirmed it and yet they can still appeal and get it rescinded !! Sounds as bizarre as the Digne red that got reduced from a 3 game ban to just 1.
Obviously Lemina won't be able to play in this one, so perhaps they will replace him with our old mate Harry Reed.

Haha, so much for Merry Christmas. Anyway, it seems that Vestergard's knee is increasingly sore, so a rest is in order. Ings too shouldn't be rushed, learning from the risk that didn't pay off last time. I'd play Theo instead of Ings, and Armstrong & Redmond and bring on Djenepo later for one of them.
