My wife and son waited outside Staplewood the whole afternoon to get player signings. Thats how I know JWP exited to avoid fans.
Can't speak highly enough of the rest of the team in that context though. Both Walcott and KWP were class.
No one is questioning JWP's professionalism. Just his compassion.
He was good for Saints, as you say Nick. Wouldn't argue with that.
As others have stated, there's a reason he hasn't worked out for any EPL club though. Meaning that he is also unlikely to work for us, and we'll then be saddled with him for 3 years on inflated wages |

On the season we got relegated, only Ward Prowse and Lyanco exited via the backdoor of Staplewood so that they didn't have to meet the fans.
Said everything I needed to know about what he thinks about us.
JWP has nothing to offer that we need and just like Lallana, he ran off for the big bucks. Good luck to them. They aren't the prodigal son though and I have no interest in their return, sucking up a chunk of a player budget whilst making no difference to us as a team or club.
Look at how Lallana is benefiting whilst having no obvious positive impact on the Under-21s. Can do without another entitled, inflated ego floating around the club |

There is a much simpler, less wordy definition of fascism. It is where the State is controlled by Corporations and works on their behalf, against the people it is supposed to represent. In which case, fascists are those working on behalf of the State, against the people.
Communism is supposedly the opposite. Where the State controls the corporations.
Though when we are honest about it, and these are supposedly left / right extreme politics, the reality is that there is no difference.
It is where the State, Institutions and Business, not actually representing the people at all, are working against the People. Which is exactly where we are now.
Yet sadly, people are falling into the Hegelian Dialectic of fighting each other and name calling, exactly as intended by those faceless organisations that supposedly have the power. One group calling the other fascists and the other calling them communists. Like arguing over the different sides the same coin.
It was no coincidence that the US and UK recruited all of those Nazis after WW2 with Operation Paperclip. So long as we are arguing amongst each other, nobody questions how f*cked up those perverts are that run everything |

I think based on that, you have to question the judge's independence.
"honestly believed that there were reasonable grounds for suspecting Henry had committed an offence" - Why did they believe that? Based on what evidence?
"police were given a convincing but wholly false narrative of the incident" - by who? What made it convincing when there was no evidence to support it?
Why would a credible policeman handcuff someone based on someone else's say so? Was Henry Nowak a threat or trying to runaway?
You can't justify stomping over another's rights, based on there being an example somewhere of someone feigning injury. You need evidence. That is a policemen's job, to establish that. Otherwise a policeman is no more credible in their role than a militia or a vigilante.

I would really love to know who started the trouble in the crowd amongst the protestors, and where they came from. New faces that Southampton people haven't seen before by any chance?
The State has a history of planting agitators into these type of events, to actually cause violence, create division and change the narrative against those wanting some sort of justice and peaceful protest. We've seen these bad actor agents at many of the protests. You have to wonder when the old celebrity faces pop up and make statements to prod the left vs right narratives, for those too naive to discern what is really going on and believe what they read in the newspapers and see on TV |

I think you need to stop watching so much news. You're just banging on about media narratives ("far right") that have been created out of thin air.
Suddenly applying some weird artificial DEI filter that you've been fed over things that should really be judged through, common sense, fairness and natural law, which is actually the measure of what is right and wrong.
Stop mistaking actors , playing inflammatory pop-up personalities as real people. And thinking that they are the mouth pieces for any actual peoples beliefs.

Yes, I was listening for anything of substance from that waste of space, Parsons. Of course there was nothing.
In the same way as his involvement in representing us with the EFL produced nothing and showed his naivety and ineffectiveness in his role.
Saints fans paid money to attend what was effectively a dead rubber against Middlesborough in both legs. And the club has totally failed to represent us.
I guess people like Parsons don't think like that, because they get their travel and tickets all paid for. So he's very comfortable telling us to all be resilient, stiff upper lip, to trust them and so on, whilst he still gets a fat wage and will be no worse off |

100% agree with this. The fish rots from the head, as they say. And if there is anything rotten at Saints, sacking Parsons should resolve that and draw a line under it.
Otherwise our club is going to be ripped up and gerrymandered by the FA, effectively killing any chance we have of am good season next season. And whilst they cover the corrupt EFL's tracks for the way this whole show has been played by Boro to give them another crack at promotion |

There seem to ne shortage of Saints "fans" on here wanting or projecting Saints to be totally introspective, sack everyone and destroy everything good about our footballing leadership from the season. Whilst insisting that the Exec team all be protected.
Fans like Heisenberg and Saintpaz.... Saint Parsons by any chance? Same old same old self destructive champions who seem to hat everything about Saints and want us all to go around flagellating ourselves for being Saints supporters
I don't want to go back to the drawing board. I think we should back our people and try and protect them. What they have done is not the enormous sin that the media has clearly got everyone to believe. Including those who supposedly support the Saints.
What I am not bothered about is playing up to the media, FA, EFL and Boro and all those who don't give a sh*t about us |

Answering those questions and conducting the salem witch trials at the club will actually just be harmful. What would it achieve to apportion blame to everyone involved?
We need to move on and quick. Soul searching is going to achieve nothing and destroy what we have built up this season if footballing heads roll. And I don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water after this royal stitch up by Boro and the EFL
Parsons needs to go and protect what is more important than him. The football. His message to the fans yesterday convinced me. He offered nothing, no olive branch. No gesture of good will to reach out to the fans. Nothing. A bit like him really. |

I think at this point, to diffuse the situation, Phil Parsons should fall on his sword and quit.
At the end of the day, the business is about football. What has happened has been a disaster for the club and the business. Which the buck stops with Parsons as CEO.
It fell to him on how to defend this situation. And look how badly in retrospect we can see he got it wrong. We were like a lamb to the slaughter for not trying to diffuse the Boro media and EFL. It was summed up by his statement to the fans yesterday. A lot of hot air with nothing of substance.
A good reflection of Parsons.
Everything has been working out for Saints and we can see good in our DoF and Manager. It would be madness to throw that all away and start the Managerial merry go round again. And the fans haven't been singing Parsons name. It has been Eckert. Throwing that all away would mean starting all over, cost us a lot of money and put at threat our last season before we lose the parachute payments.
The best way to protect that is if Parsons carries the can. Losing him will have the least effect on the club. Everyone moves on and by next season, from a footballing side our view of how we have been shafted will be very different. And I don't want to see Tonda tearing it up on the continent whilst we limp on with another Reuben Selles / Will Still appointment |

Very true.
It does help with a lot of the globalist agenda, doesn't it. Like making us all poorer (Klaus Schwab - "You will own nothing") with rising energy and fuel prices. Destablising financial markets, to facilitate the roll out of CBDCs. Identifying more sockpuppet baddies to justify spying on us all more. And creating division on religious lines.
Perhaps this is also stepping stone to starting a war with Russia.
In the same way that taking out Venezuela meant that there is now no risk to fuel shortages for the US and Israel military in starting this Iran war.
We know that (in media narratives) Russia and Iran are allies. And they need a really big war to kill many more of us "useless eaters" or the Eugenecists in their ranks will be reallly annoyed at a lack of progress! |

As with both relegations, it was the Managerial appointments that took us down. Not the players.
Which is pretty much the situation again this season. Arguably one of the best squads in the division, with a managerial team unable to mastermind beating the most limited of opposition. [Post edited 16 Jan 15:18]
