I have just one thing to say,just read it again and have a long think.
So the next time you/I/we want to post nonsense on this site,stop and consider,what others maybe going through and ask yourself in the grand scheme of things is it worth getting worked up about.

Sometimes we need to look at what important,that was my point, and I'm sure I don't need to remind anyone, we've all had our own sh!t to deal with.
