Great game to watch. Should have been 6 or 7 if we wasn't so woeful finishing off great chances. Some real talent in that side with a bit of an edge. |
Agree.
Bizarrely, they're the complete opposite of the first team. The U23s are pretty weak at the back and concede goals for fun at times....but.....they're good going forward.
It's not just the pace but the inter-play between the players is excellent. The one touch movement, pass and move, etc is really good at times.
They're a good team to watch and get stuck in too. They get into quite a few scraps and all stick up for each other....except maybe Gorre who they don't seem too close to, for some reason. | |

The u23s are playing twice a week at the moment, and Rodon played the last 3, so he was getting a rest rotating with Harries and Cooper, probably.
