What new evidence have they got now that they didn't have 3 years ago? It was based around 2 drums of alleged chemicals.How has it taken them 3 years to investigate 2 drums?

THE OPCW do the investigations and reports and when this event happened the Russian Federation had a veto on any report as it is not the OPCW who presents the report but the UN. They changed the rules after many of the investigations were blocked by Russia but as to the delay in the UN report ask them.
Their report/evidence says that Syria did it so stop flooding the zone, act like a grown up and chalk up the loss. | |

His article actually states that they just excluded the minority rreport that disagreed with the majority.
Normally they should have included a reference to this minor dissenting opinion but I strongly suspect that they knew Russia would seize on it and turn it into another circus just like MH17 and its ludicrous alternate theories from Russia.
Edit to say that. No, not a doctored report. just another report where the evidence as read by the majority of the experts is the path/report selected...like any other report.
Remember it was days after the event before Russia allowed anyone from OPCW into the area. The clean up had already started but you already knew this as I suspect I mentioned it somewhere in this or another thread. [Post edited 30 Jan 2023 22:42]
