The players looked knackered at the end. It’s a really young team many playing against seasoned professionals for the first time. They have immense talent and I’m sure potter will manage them well but it’s a huge ask for them to do this another 44 times without help. | |

First half we were very good and could have been 3-0 up. Second half was very reminiscent of later last season as wave after wave of opposition players strolled unmolested through our midfield and we ended up quite desperate at times. Every tactical switch Potter made was to try and shore up the centre of the park and we just about got away with it.
If that didn't impress the importance of getting extra in there alongside Celina and a fit Leroy Fer then nothing will. |  |
