If we want centre-left policies in Wales then England is a lost cause and Wales will only get centre-left policies if its truly independent of England.

The Scots were voting in a UK General Election and not an independence referendum, they are totally different things but if I was to take anything from it as regards an independence referendum I would say based on that General Election result that the Scots will vote for independence this time.
Not multiple choice like voting for Cons, Lab, Lib, SNP etc with the vote split multiple ways but a yes or no vote, and without checking I think Greens and Scottish socialists are for independence as well as the SNP [apologises if I have that wrong as I haven't checked but think it is the case], Scotland strongly voted remain lots of them will vote for independence, not all SNP are for independence but not all Labour, Conservatives and Lib-Dems are against it either and I would guess that that trade off favours those in favour of independence.
