One of the most physically capable men I know is 65, kick boxer, runs a decent 10k most days across the mountains here, he only had one issue here with three lads mid twenties, if I hadn’t seen the video I wouldn’t believe a man of that age could seriously clean out three fit lads in less than five seconds. The last one with a spinning reverse kick which broke his jaw.
He isn’t the exception to the rule in my experience, but I suppose it depends on what circles you move in.
