I expect a response commensurate with the "deadly risk presented by this contagion". In other words stopped from travelling through the first safe country . Countries other than GB obviously do not think the virus is a problem as they wouldn't let this happen otherwise.
You can't have it both ways Iam afraid either this virus has to be treated with the utmost seriousness or with the contempt it garners when incidents like this take place. You can't accuse people of being anti vaxxers when they see things like this happening . I think I have already had the virus and do not need a jab - won't be getting one whatever .

Unfortunately it looks like we're going to need to treat the unvaxxed like lepers for the greater good of society. No entry into crowded public spaces, whether masked or not. Maybe they could be restricted to shopping in Tesco at 3am.

for the record in answer to your previous question a more credible idea than "vaccine-induced spike shedding causing disease in bystanders" is that some vaccine recipients transiently become virus superspreaders owing to lymphocytopenia, ADE or the fact vaccines only express a subset of viral antigens
