Would come to the same conclusion all four government started lockdown at the same time based on the scientific evidence know at the time.
With hindsight and more knowledge of the pandemic the scientists may have recommended a lockdown a week earlier. |  |

Health is devolved in Wales Scotland and Ni they could all have locked down earlier if the wanted to. |
All the information and “subject matter experts” at that time would have been at a National level, a lockdown is about much more than health, since when did the devolved governments have the financial capacity to introduce furlough schemes etc, etc etc.
This is a National level failing, Exercise Cygnus identified a significant number of issues several years before the pandemic and nothing was done. Not saying for 1 minute that Drakers and Vaughan Gething don’t have questions to answer.
