36 league appearances , plus two cup appearances
20 league goals, plus two Cup goals
Didn't feature in 8 games plus four more to go.
Could easily have hit 30 goals if he had played in every game.
Our best since Bony without a doubt

Not sure how by keeping their best players but selling / loaning / giving some free transfers, is getting us into £20 million of debt ?
I am certainly not advocating spending anywhere near that sum ?

Our income is likely to be around £15m and the typical wage bill in the Championship starts at £25m. We don't need to spend on players to generate that sort of debt, it's just what will happen over a couple of seasons with no sales to offset losses.

Hanging on to players when big offers are on the table will see the debt figures skyrocket. Aston Villa went to the brink hanging onto Grealish, with a £4m tax bill they couldn't afford falling due, and they were only saved because new investors stepped in after they lost in the playoffs. The taxman wasn't going to wait for them to have another go and see if they could get more for their assets. Club would have been liquidated.

Fair enough.
It would be a big gamble in that case.
The owners don't strike me as gamblers
