I heard that on the radio yesterday that a 9 year old had been stabbed, wth? 22 year old has been arrested..
Surely it must be an accident? Why on earth would a 22 year old male do that, against a defenceless child? If it wasn't he does truly need to go to hell. |  |

Some 16/17 year olds play a practical joke with some water pistols (something to do with a challenge on Social Media), 3 men aged 19-21 chase them back to their car and start attacking them...one 17 year old Eyhan Lyming who tried to calm things down and reason with the attackers was punched from behind and knocked unconscious.
The 3 men then proceed to kick Ethan in the head while he is unconscious, his friends ran.
When his friends came back (after the beating had stopped) to try and take Ethan to hospital...the 3 men took the boys' car and drove it across to the other side of the car park to deliberately make this difficult for them.
Ethan died.
The police caught the men after people in their community came forward to report that they were bragging about what they had done. The police charged the men with murder...but the 'Summit County Grand Jury' have reduced their charges to 'manslaughter', 'aggravated assault' and 'assault'
