I think 99% know this already nobody believes all that rubbish surely.


I don’t think it was rubbish.
I totally believe that Russ loves the place and everyone here and would have loved to have stayed and got into the playoffs this season, and beyond.
But there’s got to be a two way thing.
Of course you’re going to be interested in speaking to Southampton, with the money they have.
What were we offering? Probably pittance. With half his players sold and not much confidence in the club signing anyone, as they had already done plenty of times before, let alone January. Wolf, Christie not replaced.

No matter how much you love the place and the people you work with, if you don’t feel wanted, you’re going to end up wanting to leave.
