again you ignore the fact that is Benda a keeper who before being thrown under the bus then subsequently injured was developing well .

And another player humiliated by Fisher being seen as better choice

I do not ignore anything. You have not understood the point I am making and therefore accuse me of ignoring Benda.

Benda is exactly the point. It made sense to develop Benda rather than bring in Rushworth. Swansea needs its own competent keeper.

Margetson never played Benda so when he arrive Benda would never sign a new deal. He as only going to be No 2 gain. Margetson did not think he was good enough or his type of keeper. Margetson needs to find a new no 1 for Swansea. Broome might be that project.

You miss the point. What legacy does it leave? Nothing is the answer. If one of the permanent signings plays real well it is payday. It is an explanation for the club stagnation. The club have run out of saleable assets.

Loans means the scouting and academy are effectively down graded and it is more difficult to use the so called 'player trading model'. Swansea have not produced a goal keeper for years.

Gude talks about 'club culture'. Currently is is a "short term fix" culture.

No, you are missing the point. The legacy of ignoring the loan market will lead to less chance of a challenge for promotion, greater risk of relegation. If the coach deems the players from the academy not good enough then the club has to get lucky with the ‘player trading model’. The club was always going to get caught out in the end by shopping in the bargain basement lottery & making so many senior personnel changes in the organisation making those decisions. Diminishing returns are plain for all to see. The legacy will be a failed strategy based on a player trading model, modelled on baseball, basketball & the NFL.

Martin at least left Nathan Wood and Darling as a legacy with Cullen, Cabango and Cooper getting experience and improving a little but not enough. Azeem and Congreve a little further behind. He wanted to move away from loans as a strategy.

Swansea now have FIVE loans all starters and nowhere near the play-offs. If the team is progressing I see no harm in one or two seasons outside the top 6. Last year's strategy outline by Martin was to reduce loans and play an all out possession game. His loan were low key and many did not play all. Stevens and Oko Flex etc. Duff was more pragmatic.

We have now a high profile and expensive management. So what is their strategy? This one is not working. "Culture" sse butt. what does that mean?

Is Ashby head and shoulders above Ntjoe? Ashby is playing because Swansea are dancing to their instruction. Ntjoe cannot play because NUFC will not allow it. Enough of this nonsense.

Swansea have alway had top class strikers. Yates is not it. They must find one. This is Watson's job. And not on loan.

What i want is a culture where Swansea is first and last. No quick fix no temporary fixes and start all over again in June.
