I hope they ease Roy out gently, as he deserves that much. One possibility is a transitional arrangement where a new man comes in but Roy is still in the management team for a bit to ease the transition, that illness is cited as the reason for this, and he is offered some kind of upstairs role for next season. He saved CP's bacon last season. |  |
