Anyone else had problems doing so?

Been trying for the past hour or so, keep getting ‘This event is no longer on sale through the ticketing site or it has sold out.’

I had that when I renewed in December, phoned them up and did it over the phone. Probably less than 10 minutes which was a surprise.

The website must have been built by an imbecile, although I'm sure that it's pretty easy for those knowledgeable to these things, but it's so difficult to navigate and is certainly user unfriendly (that's why there are so many having had problems)

The whole system should be revamped and made much easier to navigate IMO.
