Voting cards 17:32 - May 4 with 1659 viewsAguycalledJack

Speaking to my parents over the weekend they indicated that they had not received voting cards. Do they need a voting card or can they turn up to vote with id and get a voting card at the polling station. I then spoke to somebody else in the gorseinon area who said they had received voting cards.

When i googled it i read it as being able to just turn up with id. But now not so sure?

So if you accidentally tick more boxes than you should and don't realise, isn't it accidentally spoilt and not reissued.

No. You you can have another, as long as you haven't put it in the ballot box.

So if you accidentally spoil and put it in the box its just counted as spoilt and counted as such even though its accidental.

Yes.

But when I've worked at a count you see them with all sorts of things written / drawn on them.
