I agree and also have to point out that he started with implying that Starmer had arranged for the Kings speech to be made at that time as to deflect from the council and election losses. The fact is that the King or Queen's speech is usually held in May and after the elections. For a barrister, who's attention to detail should be circumspect, I would assume his impartiality was thrown out of the window.
His legal advice is sound.
We can all have a personal viewpoint.

Not questioning his legal advice Keith. It was what he was implying with the notion that the Kings speech was arranged as a smokescreen following the council and devolved elections. It simply is not. I really like barristers and solicitors out there sharing advice. My daughter gives me mine

Just wish any Politician with a spine stood up and said it as it is into No.10 for me .

When the big calls really need to be made all Politicians will find the nearest fence to sit on and not upset their potential and future voters to keep them in their comfort zones .
Starmer is the shining light in decision making whilst in the hot seat as he is for now . Lets not rock the boat and upset my voters .
Farage , Streeting and Burnham and will they rock that boat and change direction of Government if elected , I doubt it very much .
