Definitely outside the normal prerequisites by age, transfer fee & sell on profit potential. We have to go with Matos’s judgement on this one. Hopefully he is the deep lying midfield enforcer & playmaker that we have been lacking - someone in the mould of O’Brien, Britton or de Guzman would be good.
