I’ve not just talked about them falling, I’ve mentioned untrained people using ladders/cherry pickers etc.
Nobody seems to want to answer whether anyone should be allowed to hang any flag in any place in any way. Same as posters saying it’s just for England or UK flags.
Seems sensible to me to have some regs, especially after a tragedy. | | | |
