Nice to hear Matos thoughts and reactions perhaps I should have read the report before posting on another thread.

It clearly touched a nerve with the Just question. Matos seems to know that we paid over the top for a busted flush (so far). Let's hope for everyone's sake that Just finds his feet at Championship level, being a different style to what he's used to at Motherwell. He has the talent but we are yet to see it.

If Just is such a let down why did Vigouroux keep playing long balls out to Just out on our right late on in the game against West Ham? Playing by numbers whoever is on the pitch?

I know football has no memory, and that's one of the great sins of this sport. A few weeks ago, everyone was behind the team; people were calling us the surprise package, saying we had what it takes to be champions, and praising the players to the high heavens. It only took one slip-up for people to forget all of that. We used to talk about Just having talent and adapting well, and now people are calling him a flop of a signing. Blimey, at what point did we stop believing in the team like this?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but those saying we haven't beaten any top sides or serious contenders are forgetting that there are 24 teams in this division. While maybe eight are fighting for something at the top of the table, very few are genuinely serious candidates for promotion. With that in mind, Swansea still have plenty of games left to win, and we have more than enough quality in this squad to surprise a few of those 'serious contenders.' Besides, even the big teams stumble, and that's when we need to capitalize. Let's hope for a good, albeit tough, match on Saturday.

In this league, there are no easy walkovers—or 'flanes para comer' as we say in Mexico when a team hands you points on a plate. Let me keep the faith and remember that nobody expected us to be sitting in this position on the table at this stage of the season.

The proudest Mexican to love Swansea City
