Tabanou at DM or LW? 05:04 - Jun 20 with 776 viewsTummer_from_Texas

From what I gather, his skillset and history aren't purely LB, so likely Monk will try to give him opportunities beyond just being Taylor's backup (which is likely, IMO).

But this guy is a talented player, and I'm wondering if he's going to be cross trained in 1, or even 2 other spots. Not convinced he has the pace for wing though.

Poll: Biggest signing so far in January? (just curious what Planet Swans thinks)

I don't think DM will happen. He is a more attacking LB so I think he will be used a lot in LB but against stronger teams and also holding a lead against another team, we will put him in LW position with taylor behind in LB. Means we have a more defensive set up and would be able to defend more easily.

That makes a lot of sense, thanks.

Also potentially as wing-back if we adopt a back 3 - as appropriate
