Excellent read, that, Jack_Meoff.
Particularly interesting is his theory on the USA's reasons for entering World War One (so was the sinking of The Lusitania just a convenient coincidence?).
Less interesting though worthy of a google is his use of the word nonce. [Post edited 1 Jul 2017 6:45]
