I’ve been caught with that one a couple of times.

That's an interesting one. I've had problems with the stream but at one point I had it playing on my chromebook and on the TV through my sons PS4. Usually though I have problems such as the screen going black but still having audio, the website telling me to log in to watch when I am logged in and the piccture freezing and lots of buffering where the only thing that worked was logging out and starting again.
