You don't have to fill it in today. The only significance of today is the census form has to be completed on who is on your household today.
They won't even start chasing up missing forms for three weeks then they will compile lists of non returns and visit the address usually up to three times. That usually takes another 3 weeks. Only then will they send out the enforcement officers. | |
