Waste of a salary with Mark Allen doing a similar job.

If that’s what vital swans is on about then not sure it’s that much more than general info than breaking news.

There is a job listing out for a first team recruitment analyst/stats & spreadsheet man. Doesn't necessarily mean much as we've been adding new people to the scouting setup for a while.

I do not think Allen and Scott are doing similar jobs. Scott will make researched recommendations to Allen and Martin and between them they will make a decision. I may be wrong but I would expect Scott to be much more "on the road" following up leads from his team.

This my involve trips to Europe where Covid allows. For example to see Piroe for Sparta Rotterdam last season for example. Academy games might also feature regularly Obafemi .

Allen would be based in Swansea and maybe brought in only for a final view or two of a recommended player. Martin is very busy in Swansea and might get to see a player once or twice opportunities allowing. This is how i understand the process.
