Reading a bit about this guy Marsh, he gives indication that the B team that has been used at Huddersfield is something he has a lot of respect for.
I was just wondering could this be something implicated with us in time!? It seems to have worked wonders for Brentford but it does seem reliant in sending players from this team out on loan.
We don't have the money of teams in our league or what we once had, now might be the time to pick up these young kids who have played a bit of senior football in their teens from outside the top nations, Ireland is a perfect example for us to look down.
Any thoughts on this or anything to add?
With my links to Ireland, I pay a bit of attention to the Irish leagues and there is an array of younger players with potential that I would be disappointed if we were not exploring, same would apply to other leagues around Europe mainly and I think where we stand as a club then this is something we have too put right in the scouting department. |  |

Well i would prefer Swans family lads like Sparky and Ruben to be with us.
Thats a priority.
Work hard daily with the welsh lads below first team level.
Imports are too hit and miss, body snatching someone else’s hard work is for the Prem clubs not us.
For every McBurnie we have had many path blockers like Kenji and Gregor.
Not a realistic model for me. I am out.
