Can anyone recommend somewhere in the Swansea Bay region where I can get number plates made up,
Possibly with a welsh badge and small writing with swansea city fc at the bottom

Strictly speaking having Swansea City FC on the bottom is illegal, as manufacturers are required to put the name of the shop, garage that produce the plates there.
You can get them done, in many places online as 'Show plates' . Also possibly local.
Up to you then if you use them, you may get pulled up for it, it would be a low priority for the law enforcers, and many flout it,- but you may get someone looking for an excuse to stop you. |  | | |

Yes government Web sites say they must include who supplied the number plate and a BSI number.
The can include WAL CYM or any other country indicator can also include dragon.
If you wish to drive outside they must include UK indicator the Union flag, otherwise you will need a UK sticker on the car .
