The Forum
Seems rather quiet and subdued to me.
Is this to do with the fact our team has shows improvement in recent weeks so less chance if disagreements over games .
The forums are clearly busier and livelier when we lose .Is it human nature .
Us winning at Bristol City will see us really start to get excited,and that s good

I have noticed that when there is less melodrama? People tend to lose interest.... Ironically lots of people arguing with each other creates a soap-opera effect where people switch on, stay tuned, become enthralled, awakened and more interactive!
And of course when a team is riding a crest of a wave there is vastly lesser chance of heated debate, because there is less opportunity to argue about something and that usually means lesser activity. |  |

When we squabble or inteact ,albeit in a feity way,it how we care and as long as we do care we should be ok.

I would guess that many of us have in the past been personally entertained by spats and internet personality rivalries? In fact I would say that an 'all-agreeing' happy clappy echo chamber would be nothing but boredom central. | |

The website traffic hasn’t changed this season regardless of the posts on the forums. The main thrust of his website are the reports and articles which are 95% of the views on here via news agencies and search engines. It really doesn’t matter the topic - the forums balance remains the same regards visits. I think you are referring to the amount of debate surrounding topics that are difficult for people to maintain a semblance of respect for each other. What is important are the interests of outside agencies in this website such as the brain tumour charity. People arguing and swearing isn’t important to us, that’s for sites who need clicks ( which proves our point on that subject)
That doesn’t happen on here any more as best as we can moderate.
Edit: In answer to your topic post. We are exactly where we want to be with other platforms left to pander to the idiots booted off here over the last two years. Let them swear, attack undermine and bully online we don’t tolerate or have that. We don’t tolerate cowards. We don’t have them. Those few who took it further we met with an equal response. And they know all about that. Best I can do.
