I totally agree with you and Patches. It's about time the officials were supported like they are in rugby.
Speak out of line to a ref, yellow, swear at them straight red. Cheating (like that rolling around nonsense) means instant yellow.
I will add though, the refs need more scrutiny, they need to be pulled up more for bad decisions.
We've seen some shocking decisions down ours this season and I reckon plenty of other teams will have complaints too.
If we're going to insist that players stop being such moaning, diving, cheating gits then we have to insist refereees have to be better too. Some players cheat because some refs don't give even the most blatant decisions. | | | |

Yes, I like the way rugby refs deal with a series of infringements. Against Wigan the ref booked a couple of people then let a few things go and ended up not booking anyone in the second half despite a few obviously suspect fouls. | |
