I didn't have any problems just got another ticket to make sure .
But the other day when I was trying to by match tickets i was going in circles.
With the account update info screen.
It might be at high demand time or a glitch?

I tried buying a ticket the other day but couldn’t get passed the payment screen after adding card details. Will try again now.

I bought a raffle ticket last night but got quite frustrated because it would only allow me to buy one, why can’t it be set up in a way that you can increase the amount you want to buy.

Like others I don’t find the site particularly user friendly and would be much happier selecting 5 tickets that going through the same process 5 times 😡😡😡

What I found was happening at the payment screen. You confirm pay by card then there’s supposed to be a drop down box to enter type ie visa, MasterCard etc and then the card details.

On my ipad I couldn’t see the drop down to select the card type but on my phone I could.
