How many managers have got teams out of the championship with tactics that have worked in the championship but not in the not in the Premiership, how many teams are over loaded with big bulky players to cause problems at set pieces but ultimately get found out by better teams, Sheffield Wednesday when they tried or were forced to go more direct they were more of a threat but over committed players forward and got punished, very similar to us for a lot of games last year.
All about players capable of doing the job they are being asked to perform within a team system that ensures safeguards are in place.
