That was either play on, or a straight red. Thought it looked OK in real time but they showed it from 3 angles on the big screen straight away and it looked a sending off from all of them. Doesn't excuse our performance though. | | | |

No, can't blame him for our performance.
But can blame him for being a useless, bottling ref who couldn't keep order at a toddlers party. There's no way he should be officiating at this level. Tonight was better than his last match with Stoke though. But nowhere near as good as his other appearance against us this year. There must have been half a dozen cynical or dangerous tackles that escaped his notice. A completely useless f*ckin pr1ck  |  | | |

He was a bottle job no doubt. We were still terrible though and even if he had got the sending off right and we had gone on to win, it would have only papered over the cracks. | | | |
