Food for thought for Leeds long term ?

Swansea boss Steve Cooper has worked with Greenwood in his time as England Under-17s manager – the striker scored 12 goals in 14 matches during his tenure – and was keen to set up a reunion

“It’s different if you’re going to a side that’s scrapping relegation in the Championship but Swansea are going for promotion.

“They’re full of confidence, they’re a good footballing side, they create opportunities and the manager’s worked with him and got the best out of him.

“Maybe for his development it could have been a good one. I’ve always said, if you’re not getting any game-time or your current side, go out on loan and develop your game.”
