Steve Cooper has worked hard to make progress. He’s struggled to make ends meet and knows how hard life can be in the real world, that is long way from the spoiled, vastly overpaid world of football at the highest levels.
He’s a good man with his feet still firmly on the ground. He values those with a similar hard working mentality and he wants his teams to echo these sentiments in life and especially out on the pitch
