Trust election news 22:54 - Jul 21 with 677 viewsKeithHaynes

May have passed you by this evening.

Congratulations to David, top bloke,

Chris Golledge

Howard Corder

Dave Dalton

Carys Ingram

Nick Phillips

Terry Sinnett

Howell Williams

There were 7 positions available and as there were 7 nominees, there is no requirement to hold an election process. They will join Rupert Thomas, Sian Davies and Ceri Stone in forming the Trust board for the next year.

We welcome returning members Dave and Terry as well as introducing new members Chris, Howard (Our first member from the United States), Carys, Nick and Howell. Chris and Carys, with their agreement, have been elected for a period of one year, to ensure an equal split of board members will be eligible for re-election next year.

It is with great sadness that the election means that the terms of Trust Chair Andy Godden, Supporter Director Stuart McDonald and Associate Director Cath Dyer will come to an end on 31st July. Each have been key members of the board for some considerable time and have provided invaluable service to your Trust, the club and the wider fan base. It’s never easy to see people depart, they will be greatly missed. We therefore want to place on record our utmost thanks and gratitude for their dedication and work for the Trust over almost a combined 30 years of involvement. We know that they will remain close to the Trust Board and will offer every support during this transition.

It is a little bit worrying that the 3 most senior members of the Trust have finished just when legal action is about to happen. Have they resigned their posts or was their term naturally up ?
