| Sad state of affairs on 18:18 - Sep 23 with 662 views | WalterBoyd | Alot of money is put into the NHS, unfortunately alot of it does not get spent on front line services. Alot of mismanagement, overpaying for medicines, equipment etc. Think we have been down this path before. My biggest worry is the nurses, doctors, paramedics, ambulance drivers, cleaners etc will thing, enough is enough. Retire early or change jobs, its already happening. Trying to get adequate replacements, the years of training, recruitment is difficult now- looks to be getting worse. Unfortunately worrying times ahead. Dont think it should be politicised though. Ideally there would be a group of MP's , with NHS advisers ( oh no more managers) , from all parties involved to try and sort it out. A joint approach. NHS is too important and vital part of Britain to let it crumble. | | | |

Well ignoring that was never 350 million per week, that was the lie, the bus said 'lets fund the NHS instead' so it never said give the NHS 350 million per week anyway. Even so, the NHS has had a lot more than that these last 18 months. The big question is, how much extra is it going to get after the pandemic? We all know it neds a lot more than it had been getting, in fact it's a bottomless pit but it's a pit we must keep on trying to fill. All these covid conspiracies flying around, if covid was anything it could have been to get rid of the sick and elderly, there's always collateral damage! wibble. | |
