Such jobs need organisation and planing so he will have inherited skills from his old man.

I d not understand why Cameron Tosh is not in the running for that job. He now had manager on his CV 6 months in Cyprus.

He is at best unproven. Put simply, there will be many better and proven candidates. I mean even Swans overlooked him about 3 times. His dad on the other hand is an outstanding manager with , frankly, few equals.

If the Swans had thought like you in 1978, then his father would never have become manager!!

So you think all candidates called Toshack are the same, and that the outcomes will be the same..? One was a still active international and premier league level player, who played under Bill Shanks. The other ….. well …. not so much …. Same name though, so i can see thats confusing you.

Cameron Toshack and Gary Richards produced great footballers for the first team like McBurnie, James, Byers, Rodon, Roberts from his underage team. Byers career has stalled somewhat but was player of the year one season. The greatest crop since Robbie James and Curtis. They would regularly beat Chelsea Spurs and Man Utd teams at age group level. He was a candidate for both Swansea and Barnsley senior roles but failed having no managerial experience. He got some for 6 month in Cyprus and did pretty well.

Is he still doing well in Cyprus then ..? Elsewhere ? There is no ‘players like’ about it, your list is exhastive. McBurnie and James bought, produced elsewhere lets be honest. Both Roberts and Rodon were already in tbe Academy and would have emerged whatever. Byers is as weak as a kitten, and not the successd story that you seem to think he is. Maybe we should talk about Kenji and Zabret etc to give a more balanced view….? Why do you think the Swans overlooked them then ?
