The above Guardian article says "almost two-thirds of the 2022-23 personal tax cut gains will go to the richest fifth of households"

The cap on bankers bonuses also abolished.

It's the most shocking budget/mini budget whatever you call it ive ever seen, I feel sorry for people that are struggling as more and more money is going to the rich it's obscene.
